"The Name" in Scriptures

A few verses from Scriptures showing the Importance of the Names of the Most High and His Son

In the Bible

If by now (after reading "The Name of YHWH" and "Like the Most High") you remain still not convinced by the fact of how important it is to keep the names pure and called on the Almighty the way He meant it, we can get into the Bible a bit deeper to see what The Scriptures have to say about the Names and many other very important words which will also be explain along the way to expose the hand of the deceiver in the translations of all Bibles.

Next it’s laid out a great list of verses from the New King James Version which may help you comprehend my reasoning:

Exodus 20:24

An altar of earth you shall make for Me, and you shall sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your oxen. In every place where I record My Name I will come to you, and I will bless you.

Yahushúa came to earth, died and resurrected to record His name on us and He came in the Name of the Father, so that we can be constantly blessed and most importantly by His side.

Exodus 23:13

“And in all that I have said to you, be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other gods(H430) , nor let it be heard from your mouth.

H430

אלהים

'ĕlôhîym

el-o-heem'

Plural of H433; gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative: - angels, X exceeding, God (gods) (-dess, -ly), X (very) great, judges, X mighty.

The word H430 used in the verse and translated wrongly as gods, is the same word Elohim found in many other verses from the Torah, which are pointed out in the Articles, that is the reason why when the word used in the original text is Elohim, I use Mighty Ones instead of G-d, sometimes meaning all the powers that exist in YHWH, and Yahushúa who was there with His Father from the beginning (Revelation 3:14), but sometimes referring to angels, in other instances to mighty judges or authorities.

Exodus 23:21 (YHWH speaking about his Angel)

Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him.

Exodus 34:14

(for you shall worship no other mighty ones, for YHWH, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous G–D(H410))

H410

אל

'êl

ale

Shortened from H352; strength; as adjective mighty; especially the Almighty (but used also of any deity): - God (god), X goodly, X great, idol, might (-y one), power, strong. Compare names in “-el.”

It also appears as a singular term, meaning the Power, from which all things came to be. When the word is “El” in Hebrew, is a lot more accurate to use Almighty instead of G-d when translating.

Some may think God is just a title, but actually there’s much more to it.

Leviticus 22:32

You shall not profane My h-ly(H6944) name, but I will be hallowed(H6942) among the children of Israel. I am YHWH who sanctifies(H6942) you,

What they translate in the Bible as holy, is the Hebrew word pronounced Qodesh which means Set-Apart or Pure.

The word Holy comes from Helios which is the Sun, meaning old pagan sun worship.

H6944

קדשׁ

qôdesh

ko'-desh

From H6942; a sacred place or thing; rarely abstractly sanctity: - consecrated (thing), dedicated (thing), hallowed (thing), holiness, (X most) holy (X day, portion, thing), saint, sanctuary.

H6942

קדשׁ

qâdash

kaw-dash'

A primitive root; to be (causatively make, pronounce or observe as) clean (ceremonially or morally): - appoint, bid, consecrate, dedicate, defile, hallow, (be, keep) holy (-er, place), keep, prepare, proclaim, purify, sanctify (-ied one, self), X wholly.

In G. Jobes, Dictionary of Mythology Folklore and Symbols, page 781, we read:

"HOLY: In practically all languages, the word for holy has been derived from the divinely honored sun."

In Forlong's Encyclopedia of Religions, is read as follows:

"HOLI: The Great Hindu spring festival .. . held in honour of Krishna, as the spring sun-god . . . a personified woman called Holi . . . Holi had tried to poison the babe Krishna ....".

J.C. Cooper, in An Illustrated Encyclopedia of Traditional Symbols, p. 112, wrote:

"NIMBUS, HALO, or AUREOLE: Originally indicative of solar power and the sun's disk, hence an attribute of sun-gods."

The Halos around the heads of all those religious images of saints, God, Mary or Jesus, are labeling them as “sun-gods”, making this practice clearly the worship of the host of heaven.

Joshua 23:7

and lest you go among these nations, these who remain among you. You shall not make mention of the name of their mighty ones, nor cause anyone to swear by them; you shall not serve them nor bow down to them,

There is a warning concerning mentioning the names of other so call mighty ones…

1 Kings 8:33

“When Your people Israel are defeated before an enemy because they have sinned against You, and when they turn back to You and confess Your name, and pray and make supplication to You in this temple,

Nehemiah 9:5-6

5 And the Levites, Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabniah, Sherebiah, Hodijah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said:

“Stand up and bless YHWH(H3068) your Mighty Ones

Forever and ever!

Blessed be Your glorious name,

Which is exalted above all blessing and praise!

6 You alone are YHWH (H3068);

You have made heaven,

The heaven of heavens, with all their host,

The earth and everything on it,

The seas and all that is in them,

And You preserve them all.

The host of heaven worships You.

YHWH is normally changed in the Bible for ¨the LORD¨ and we can find the name(YHWH) in the Dictionary.

H3068

יהוה

yehôvâh

yeh-ho-vaw'

From H1961; (the) self Existent or eternal; Jehovah, Jewish national name of God: - Jehovah, the Lord. Compare H3050, H3069.

The four letters 'YHWH' are well known to be pronounced Yahuéh, or Yahweh, however the scribes added the vocal points of the word Adonay, which they used instead, to the four Hebrew letters composing the Name of the Most Highיהוה, so the pronunciation came to be as shown in the Strong's concordance Jeh-ho-vaw, they did this so that when people would read the scriptures they would know not to use the name "in vain", as they had previously misunderstood the commandment, forcing the reader to say Adonay, which in time< when it was translated to modern languages was left as Jehovah in all Bible versions, and is all according to plan since Jews don't want people calling on the name of יהוה, YHWH (Yahweh/Yahuéh), because they themselves are forbidden to, pronouncing Adonay any time they read the four letters YHWH.

The Name YHWH has been substituted in translations of the Bible with the title "Lord" about 6823 times, on top of this, the translators of the New International Version (NIV), decided to leave 64.576 words out of their bible, the equivalent to 30 books and this is not implying that the New King James Bible is much better, but maybe less corrupted and better to understand amongst the version that are available to the public, reason why it was chosen to be used in this instance.

Job 1:21

And he said:

“ Naked I came from my mother’s womb,

And naked shall I return there.

YHWH gave, and YHWH has taken away;

Blessed be the name of YHWH.”

Isaiah 12:4

And in that day you will say:

Praise YHWH, call upon His name;

Declare His deeds among the peoples,

Make mention that His name is exalted.

Isaiah 26:13

O YHWH our Mighty Ones, masters besides You

Have had dominion over us;

But by You only we make mention of Your name.

Isaiah 29:23

But when he sees his children,

The work of My hands, in his midst,

They will sanctify My name,

And sanctify the Holy One(H6918) of Jacob,

And fear the Mighty Ones of Israel.

H6918

קדשׁ    קדושׁ

qâdôsh  qâdôsh

kaw-doshe', kaw-doshe'

From H6942; sacred (ceremonially or morally); (as noun) God (by eminence), an angel, a saint, a sanctuary: - holy (One), saint.

The English word "sacred" can be traced back to the Sanskrit "Sakra". In the book World Mythology, pages 229, 233, Larousse reveals that Indra was one of the 12 forms of the Sun-deity, and that he was also known as: "Sakra". In the twelfth form, he is called: Mitra, the origin of the later Persian and Roman Mithra or Mithras, who at first was only associated with the Sun-deity, but later on became the Sun-deity himself as Sol Invictus, the unconquered Sun-deity.

Sol Invictus was the true “mighty one” of Constantine “the great“; who combined sun worshipping with the true doctrine of the scriptures and created Roman Christianity known now as the Catholic religion, making it legal in the empire by the year 325, after stating in the year 321 that the day of worship should be the Sunday (the day of the Sun), instead of the Sabbath, commanded by our Creator, change that until this day both Catholics and Protestants keep.

Isaiah 42:8

I am YHWH, that is My name;

And My Gl–ry(H3519) I will not give to another,

Nor My praise to carved images.

H3519

כּבד    כּבוד

kâbôd  kâbôd

kaw-bode', kaw-bode'

From H3513; properly weight; but only figuratively in a good sense, splendor or copiousness: - glorious (-ly), Honor, honour (-able).

Funk & Wagnalls, New Standard Dictionary of the English Language, under "glory", gives the religious symbolic meaning, "In religious symbolism, the complete representation of an emanation of light from the person of a sanctified being consisting of the aureole and the nimbus;" and further on, "The quality of being radiant or shining; brilliancy brightness; luster; as the glory of the sun;" and further on, "A sunburst; any ring of light; a halo."

John Ogilvie The Comprehensive English Dictionary, under "glory", explains it as, "splendor, as of the sun." Similar statements are made by The Oxford English Dictionary and Webster's New International Dictionary. The latter states, "glory is the general term for the aureola and the nimbus"—aureola being the halo or ring around the sun, and nimbus being the sun-disc.

This meaning, as well as the word itself, would be acceptable if the commonly used Hebrew words of the Old Testament, and the Greek word doxa, had the same meaning of sun-radiance or circles of light, however, there is no trace of sun-radiance or emanation of light in the Hebrew words, neither in the Greek doxa.

In the dictionaries, encyclopedias and ecclesiastical books, we find many illustrations of Jesus, Mary, and the saints, encircled with radiant circles or emanations of light around them, meaning that they are sun-deities.

Then, what are the meanings of the Scriptural Hebrew words?

Kabad means honor, dignity or esteem in its figurative sense, as well as weight, in its literal sense.

Pa'ar and Tipharah mean repute.

Halal means praiseworthiness or praise.

Adar and hadar means to make great.

Shavak means to esteem.

The Greek word doxa means opinion, estimation, esteem, repute or dignity, coming from the verb dokeo, which means "to seem".

Thus, the ecclesiastical symbolic meaning of the word "glory", being that of radiance or emanation of light as from the sun, is totally un-Scriptural and it is strong evidence of the Church's solarisation of our Messiah and of His Father, becoming a sun based religion.

Not only does the concept of "glory" stem from Sun-worship, but you can also find proof of "glory" (gloria) as being a Roman goddess, discovered in the form of an icon personified by a woman, the upper part of her body almost naked, holding a circle on which are the zodiac signs.

Pauly-Wissowa also defines Gloria as a personification of fame, the word being found very frequently on the coins of Constantine and his successors. Besides the frequent occurrence of the word Gloria on the coins, the image of this goddess is found on two coins, one of Constantius II and one of Constantine II.

Here is an example of some words being taken out of the Bible.

Revelation 14:1

Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s name written on their foreheads.

When in reality it was written.

13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is called : The Word(G3056) of YHWH

The Word

Luke 8:11

“Now the parable is this: The seed is the word(G3056) of YHWH.

If the Name is called the Word and the Word is the Seed, then logically the Name is called the Seed, I don´t think anybody can argue that, after reading the two verses above.

Mark 4:14

The sower sows the word(G3056).

Matthew 13:23

But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

that is, that YHWH was in the Messiah reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

That Word is Yahushúa, since he was the one who reconciled us to be in favor with YHWH.

Hebrews 7:28

For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever.

Yahushúa kept himself pure in every way in the flesh and in the spirit, to keep the name of his Father(Yahu) pure and of course to save(Shua) us all by dying a horrible death even though he is completely free of sin, therefore according to the law, He wasn’t supposed to die, cause dead is the fruit of sin and by Yahushúa being free of all sin by having been born of a virgin, didn’t possess the gene corrupted by the sin of the first man, taking all the power from death and Lucifer, for breaking the law by killing the Messiah Son of the Most High, consequently being later resurrected, creating a door for all of us to go through to the light instead of the only path promised to you by the world since birth, which is death.

As for the Almighty, His way is perfect; the word of YHWH is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

But whoever keeps His Word, truly the love of YHWH is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.

By keeping His Word, we know we are in Him. Those people, in whom the love of YHWH has been perfected, are known by keeping His Word.

The Word, Yahushúa, said…

John 17:6

I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.

John 17:8

For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me.

John 17:14

I have given them Your Word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

There’s only One Name, which can only be uttered in one way, because there’s only one way to the Father, Yahushúa, the way that YHWH made for His sons and daughters to walk through to Him.

1 Corinthians 1:13

Is the Messiah divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips, Let them even be taken in their pride, And for the cursing and lying which they speak.

My eyes fail from seeking Your salvation and Your righteous Word.

If by any chance you mind the use of verses from the “Old Testament” to refer to the Name of the Son...

Matthew 13:52

Then He said to them, “Therefore every scribe instructed concerning the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure things new and old.”

Also, remember that the Father told us the end from the beginning and that…

John 1:1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with YHWH, and the Word was YHWH.

The Name Yahushúa has existed from the beginning, therefore been talked about and promised to us by YHWH even before the creation…

Psalm 33:6

By the word of the YHWH the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.

Through him was every single thing made, although His name was not known to us until he came to dwell on this earth.

John 1:14

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His Honor, the Honor as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Still people refused to call on this Mighty and Honorable Name, hindering future generations from the great knowledge.

2 Peter 3:5

For this they willfully forget: that by the Word of YHWH the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water,

Everything was created thanks to Almighty YHWH through His Powerful Word.

Thanks to Yahushúa, who paid the debt of the world, which is death, there will be an eternity for humanity.

2 Peter 3:7

But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same Word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

Because his name is Set-Apart, Honorable and Pure, the world will have to be purified before being allow to take hold of it and enjoy it’s fruit, since nearly 2000 years ago when the Name was given to the sons of Adam, the world turned their back on the personification of YHWH an his gift to us, deliverance from the fire, through an Spiritual re-birth by accepting and confessing out loud the Great Oath Yahu-Shúa, HalleluYahu.

Psalm 68:11

YHWH gave the Word; Great was the company of those who proclaimed it:

John 5:38

But you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe.

Other Inspired Writings

There is a great variety of books not included in the Bible, but considered sacred by many, even by those who can’t really grasp the truth and knowledge of their content, because they have the spirit of error instead of the spirit of truth and other times because in a rebellious matter towards established church principles, they automatically discard the Bible, sometimes even without reading it.

Whoever knows them will not taste death.”

The Sovereign answered and said, "O Peter, it was necessary that you understand the parable that I told you! Do you not understand that my name, which you teach, surpasses all riches, and the wisdom of YHWH surpasses gold, and silver and precious stone(s)?"

The letter of Peter to Phillip

Then Yahushúa appeared saying to them, "Peace to you all and everyone who believes in my name. And when you depart, joy be to you and favor and power. And be not afraid; behold, I am with you forever."

The Gospel of Truth

Now the name of the Father is the Son. It is he who first gave a name to the one who came forth from him, who was himself, and he begot him as a son. He gave him his name, which belonged to him; he is the one to whom belongs all that exists around him, the Father. His is the name; his is the Son. It is possible for him to be seen. The name, however, is invisible, because it alone is the mystery of the invisible, which comes to ears that are completely filled with it by him. For indeed, the Father's name is not spoken, but (rather,) it is apparent through a Son.

Trimorphic Protennoia

Then the Son who is perfect in every respect -- that is, the Word who originated through that Voice; who proceeded from the height; who has within him the Name(Yahu-Shua); who is a Light -- he revealed the everlasting things, and all the unknowns were known.

In this way, then, the name is a great thing. Who, therefore, will be able to utter a name for him, the great name, except him alone to whom the name belongs, and the sons of the name, in whom rested the name of the Father, (who) in turn themselves rested in his name? Since the Father is unengendered, he alone is the one who begot him for him(self) as a name, before he brought forth the aeons, in order that the name of the Father should be over their head as sovereign, that is the name in truth, which is firm in his command, through perfect power. For the name is not from (mere) words, nor does his name consist of appellations, but (rather,) it is invisible. He gave a name to him alone, since he alone sees him, he alone having the power to give him a name. For he who does not exist has no name. For what name is given to him who does not exist? But the one who exists, exists also with his name, and he alone knows it, and (he) alone (knows how) to give him a name. It is the Father. The Son is his name. He did not, therefore, hide it in the thing, but it existed; as for the Son, he alone gave a name. The name, therefore, is that of the Father, as the name of the Father is the Son. Where indeed would compassion find a name, except with the Father?

-End

And his children are perfect and worthy of his name, for he is the Father; it is children of this kind that he loves.

The Apocryphon of John

"And the Spirit of the Pure One completed the divine Autogenes, his son, together with Barbelo, that he may attend the mighty and invisible, virginal Spirit as the divine Autogenes, the Anointed One whom he had honored with a mighty voice. He came forth through the forethought. And the invisible, virginal Spirit placed the divine Autogenes of truth over everything. And he subjected to him every authority, and the truth which is in him, that he may know the All which had been called with a name exalted above every name. For that name will be mentioned to those who are worthy of it.

The Tripartite Tractate

the form of the formless,

the body of the bodiless,

the face of the invisible,

the word of the unutterable,

the mind of the inconceivable,

the fountain which flowed from him,

the root of those who are planted,

and the Mighty One of those who exist,

the light of those whom he illumines,

the love of those whom he loved,

the providence of those for whom he providentially cares,

the wisdom of those whom he made wise,

the power of those to whom he gives power,

the assembly of those whom he assembles to him,

the revelation of the things which are sought after,

the eye of those who see,

the breath of those who breathe,

the life of those who live,

the unity of those who are mixed with the Totalities.

All of them exist in the single one, as he clothes himself completely and by his single name he is never called

The Glad Tidings of Phillippos

10 The names given to them by the world are very deceptive, for their hearts are diverted from what is permanent to what is unreal.  Thus [a carnal] one who hears “the Word of YHWH” does not perceive what is permanent, but is caused to perceive what is unreal. So also with the terms “the Father” and “the Son” and “the spirit of the Pure One” and “the Life” and “the Light” and “the Resurrection” and “the Convocation” and all the rest – they do not understand the permanent ones, rather they are caused to understand the unreal ones, whenever the First is not acknowledged.  The names that are heard by the world are for deception so they learn the human reality of death.  If in the age, they would not be ever named by the world, as they shall not be set among the things of the world; they have their end in the Age.

11 There is one single name that is not being uttered by the world, the name that the Father gave to Himself in the Son, the name exalted above all things: [Yahushúa].  It concerns the name of the Father, for the Son would not become a Father, unless He appropriated the name of the Father.  Those who maintain this name acknowledge Him, but they who do not speak it and those who do not maintain it do not acknowledge Him.  But the Truth brought names into existence in the world for our benefit, because without names it is not possible to apprehend It.

12 But It the Word of YHWH alone is the Truth, yet It is also many things for our sakes, to teach us who learn this One Thing many things in love.

There you have it, his name and its importance for our spiritual rebirth and growth according to the Bible and many other writings, I hope this was eye opening and uplifting for every one who took the time to go through it, stay around for the next article on the subject of the Name of YHWH Yahushúa, blessings from the Most High.

Hi Khi, I can see you know a lot about the process of the names according to the history books and some historians, that’s great, but remember what the Messiah Yahushua called the Pharisees and Scribes, those who as you know forebode the use of the Name of the Almighty and hid its pronunciation. It wasn’t the Almighty, He commanded them to keep it pure, and they made it disappeared. Because of some other studies which you may have missed, we have come to know that the correct pronunciation is Yahweh or Y-a-hu-eh. Catholics do have something similar in one of their Bible versions, but it is actually YHVH and the pronounce it as Yave, basically as one says Key in Spanish.

Here’s some great piece of evidence for the correct pronunciation of the Name of our Father Almighty

    Epigraphic evidence
The internal evidence from the Hebrew language is strong and confirms the accuracy of the Greek transcriptions. Greek transcriptions of the pronunciation of YHWH in religious papyri have been found in Egypt. The best of these is Iäouiēe (London Papyri. xlvi, 446-482). Clement of Alexandria said “The mystic name which is called the Tetragrammaton … is pronounced Iaoue, which means ‘Who is, and who shall be.’” IAOUE is how this teacher of Origen pronounced YHWH – in which I and the diptong OU probably represent the semivowels Y and W not found in Greek. We believe the ao to also be a diphthong to represent the English short “o” sound of the long qamatz ā (ָ), instead of a short “a” vowel (patach ַ). More historical epigraphic evidence of this pronunciation is found in the Roman transliteration “IOUE”, which later commonly evolved to “Jove” in common knowledge. Scriptures document that the Romans were the sons of Kittíym and did learn the name of Yâ-hwéh and fought under it at one time (Yâshâ´r 63: 22 – 64: 6), about 1631 BC Roman dates. Much later, starting in 214 BC Roman dates, they did conquer Greece and adopted their pantheon of demons and were deceived to think IOVE (their transliteration for Yâ-hwéh) and Father Yâ´hu (in Latin, IUPITER) was the Greek Zeus. But note that the Roman transliteration of Yâ-hwéh is spelled with an O. Had Yâ-hwéh instead contained a short “a” patach sound, it would easily have been transliterated to “IAUE” instead of IOUE, and we would have had “Jave” as its vestige instead of “Jove”. Along the same line of reasoning, had His name instead been “yahuwah” as some allege, the Romans would have been transliterating it as “IAUA” instead of IOUE, and we then would have had “Java” as its vestige instead of “Jove”. Yet all this is lost on the proponents of that false near-miss name, who mistakenly allege instead that this other culture’s having used His name at one point as evidence that the eternal name of Yâ-hwéh originated from them as a name of Zeus. If this were so, why would the high priest at the temple on the Day of Atonement have said “Yâ-hwéh”? Because that is what the Greeks above did transliterate.

The four Hebrew consonants that comprise YHWH are given in Scripture as God’s holy Covenant name, and it is this form of His name that is the most frequently used in the Bible (about 6,800 times). These four Hebrew characters, YHWH = yod, hay, vav (v in Hebrew can also be rendered w in English), and hay have been called the “Tetragrammaton” or “tetragram”, meaning “the four letter word.” Biblical scholars do not know how YHWH was originally pronounced because its original pronunciation, which was part of the sacred Oral Tradition of the Jews, was lost when the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD. Throughout history, God’s Old Covenant people treated God’s name with great reverence, declaring it too holy to be spoken aloud. Speaking God’s divine covenant name was restricted to the priests worshipping in God’s Temple in Jerusalem, and so with the destruction of the Temple His holy covenant name was no longer spoken and the correct pronunciation of the name was lost. The rendering of YHWH as “Yahweh” is a modern conjecture (first suggested in the 16th century by biblical scholar Gilbert Genebrard, professor of Hebrew at the College Royal in Paris) but which has been accepted by biblical scholars today as the most likely rendering. You will find this rendering in the Catholic New Jerusalem Bible translation. In other translations, following what became the Jewish custom, YHWH is rendered as LORD (for example in the Catholic Revised Standard and New American Bible translations as well as in most Protestant Bible translations). This became a custom from the time of the 3rd century BC when the ancient Jewish scholars translated the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) into the Greek translation known as the Septuagint. They replaced the Sacred Name YHWH with “ho Kyrios” or “the Lord.” In the modern Jewish Tanach YHWH is rendered as Hashem (or ha-Shem, meaning in Hebrew, “the name”) or as Adoshem, which is a contraction of Adonai and ha-Shem.But what does the Tetragrammaton YHWH mean? Biblical scholars have been arguing about the meaning of YHWH for centuries. Since biblical names generally have a discernible meaning, scholars have believed that YHWH can be reasonably translated. Based on etymology and context most scholars have agreed that YHWH is an archaic form of the verb “to be” (in Hebrew hawah) and should be translated “I am who I am or I will be who I will be.” This meaning contextually fits the passages in Exodus 3:13-15a: Moses then said to God [Elohim], ‘Look, if I go to the Israelites and say to me, “What is his name?” what am I to tell them?’ God [Elohim] said to Moses, ‘I am [YHWH] he who is.’ And he said, ‘This is what you are to say to the Israelites I am [YHWH] has sent me to you…’, which agrees with Exodus 3:6: I am the God of your ancestors …, and Jesus’ “I AM” statements in the fourth Gospel i.e.: In all truth I tell you, before Abraham ever was, I AM (John 8:58).

Hi Daniel, it is not a stupid question at all, and you should not apologize for asking my brother, indeed what you understood is correct, we should call on the Almighty and His Son through their real Names, as you would expect me to call you Daniel, no matter in what part of the world we may be. Many write the Name of the Father as Yahweh, which is also correct because the importance is the pronunciation, however many will argue that the W doesn’t exist in Hebrew, plus it becomes easier when explaining why the Name of the Son is Yahu-Shua as for example the last name of the prime minister of Israel nowadays is Netan-Yahu. Hope this helped you bro, blessings.

  4. Daniel August 26, 2012 at 2:39 pm

Hello, this question is just to make sure I’ve read right, i don’t want to start practicing that which would be worse,
so the truth is when praying to God and/ or Jesus
we would be better off to use the name ‘Yahueh’ instead of God
and use the name ‘Yahushua’ instead of Jesus ?
forgive me if this is a stupid question,

so Yahueh is the pure name for god and Yahushua is the pure name for Jesus (Jesus being a corrupted version” ?

    Thankyou

    Danny

CHRISTOPHER, please tell how am I telling people to learn Hebrew by just saying to call out the Name of the Most High and His Son correctly? Your name christopher is of Greek origin, yet I am pretty sure one doesn’t need to speak Greek to able to pronounce your name right or just talk to you? You yourself said that the gospel has been spread over the whole world, yet the Bible describes that when that happens the world ends, if the end hasn’t come is because the right gospel hasn’t been preached, reason for the Almighty has to send the two Witnesses of Revelation 11, to testify the correct doctrine, the real gospel.

    Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

I see that maybe you haven’t studied enough perhaps, cause if you had you would realize how the gospel of Matthew was found in Hebrew as well as other letters of the Bible, proving that the New Testament was first written in Hebrew and then translated to Greek, not to mention several words used in the Modern Translations from the Greek, that also proof they were being translated from the Hebrew. Regarding the Name of the Messiah being in the Old Testament, that is another hint that you haven’t really studied Sriptures and the Almighty’s plan, the Name of the Messiah was given to the succesor of Moses, who you know as Joshua, the name of the Messiah was given to him as a blueprint, since he took Israel to the Promise Land like Yahushua takes us to the Kingdom. If you investigate a little bit, you would realize that “Joshua’s” real name was the same name as the Messiah, for many other prophetical reasons yet in all modern Bibles Yahushua the succesor of Moses was given the Name Joshua while Yahushua the Messiah Savior the name Jesus creating confusion and making people miss the idea behind the blueprint and other details. This is the reason why in the oldest King James, the two verses in which “Joshua” is mentioned in the New Testament, it was translated as Jesus, not only showing how Yahushua was the same name for both, but also that the New Testament was first written in Hebrew, or at leats the names.

    Hebrews 4:8
    King James Version
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.

    Hebrews 4:8
    New King James Version
8 For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day.

    Acts 7:45
    King James Version
    45 Which also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drave out before the face of our fathers, unto the days of David;

    Acts 7:45
    New King James Version
45 which our fathers, having received it in turn, also brought with Joshua into the land possessed by the Gentiles, whom God drove out before the face of our fathers until the days of David,

I am pretty sure you have not understood what I have said since when I see you saying what you think I have said you say it wrong, so it really seems to be pointless for me to keep answering. The Name to confess for Salvation is Yahushua, but the name of the Father must be kept pure because it is the third commandment. I am not using anything to proof any agenda, I am using Scripture to proof Scripture, the fact that you don’t like that everything you send me has to do with what I am saying is not my fault, it should proof that what I am saying is correct instead of just making you upset.

  6. CHRISTOPHER BRADY August 1, 2012 at 9:41 pm

No offense Sirius but the gospel has been spread over the whole world with the same bible with over 6000 manuscripts none speaking of the replacing God with Yahweh which means I Am that I Am to express that God is saying I was not created I always existed and I created everything. You are perverting the gospel by taking the emphasis off being baptized into Christ with learning how to speak Hebrew. The New Testament was written in Greek the Old Testament was written in Hebrew. The name Jesus is not written anywhere in the Old Testament to say that it is supposed to be Yahushua. I see you have been brainwashed and drawn away from the gospel which is God’s power to save to thinking that using the word Yahweh to refer to God is the way to be saved. You haven’t really understood any of the verses I have given you to read but have only tried to use them prove your agenda. The bible was always written in the most popular language showing God was always in control no matter the language. Search the church of Christ it still exist today it was founded in AD 32 by Christ and furthered by the apostles who were the only ones able to give out the gift of miracles to prove its being from God.

  7. SIRIUS July 31, 2012 at 11:22 am

Hi again christopher, I don’t know why you are saying all that since I have not said otherwise at any point in time, it seems to be pointless to answer, since either you don’t read the verses and comments I send you, or you just don’t understand them. Like I said before, the Word of Yahueh is the Name of the Son, because the Bible says it is, not me, it is written in Rev 19:13. There is the Name of the Father Yahueh and the Word of the Father which is the Name of the Son Yahushua. I am not saying anything against the Scripture, however the word starts with the Name of the Son according to Scriptures, and the Son has said every single word in Scriptures, so it all comes from the Almighty and is helpful to edificate, but like the Bible says, it starts with the Name of the Son. I have not said a single thing against Scriptures.

Lastly check out a couple verses from Chapters you sent, saying all these very clearly.

    Exodus 3:13-15
Then Moses said to the Almighty, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The Mighty One of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?
And the Almighty said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” Moreover Almighty said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘YAHUEH The Mighty One of your fathers, the Mighty One of Abraham, the Mighty One of Isaac, and the Mighty One of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.’

YAHUEH is the only Mighty One who is, therefore He is the I AM, yet He gives Moses His Name and tells him it will be His Name FOR EVER, even as a memorial.

    Matthew 24:9
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My Name’s sake.

  8. CHRISTOPHER BRADY July 29, 2012 at 1:54 pm

What about the latter part of Psalm 138 where more emphasis on the word over the name. God goes by many names in the bible He is the one who wrote it thru inspired men 2Peter 1:21. The bible even in the moderns has not lost its purpose 2Timothy 3:16-17. God is living on earth thru the bible Hebrew 4:12. I meant Exodus 3:6/Matthew 22:32. Philippians 2:9 coincides with Matthew 28:18-19. It is true the bible does speak for itself and what it says will happen regardless of what man is planning. But the gospel is God’s power to save upon obeying it. It is surrounded by the death burial and resurrection of the Father’s Son both used to refer to His authority. Unlike Henry Kinley the apostles didn’t go around informing people that people would come perverting the name of God but the gospel (the way to be saved) Galatians 1:7. Concentrate more on God’s plan than the devil’s plan the devil’s plan will fail God’s will not Matthew 24:35.

  9. SIRIUS July 27, 2012 at 10:44 am

Hi again CHRISTOPHER BRADY, one question, do you read what you send me? Here’s a verse from the psalm you asked me to read, which is just another verse I can use to show you the importance of the Name.

    Psalm 138:2
I will worship toward Your Set-Apart temple,
    And praise Your name
    For Your lovingkindness and Your truth;
For You have magnified Your word above all Your Name.

Regarding John 12:48 and John 17:17, you first need to know what is the Word of the Almighty, to understand the Scripture.

    Revelation 19:13
He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is called The Word of Yahueh.

    Philippians 2:9
Therefore Yahueh also has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every Name,

    1 John 3:23
And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Yahushua Messiah and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

The Bible speaks for itself, reason why the entire Bible is important, not just a few verses.

  10. CHRISTOPHER BRADY July 27, 2012 at 8:14 am

Read Psalms 138, my dad pushes the stuff about a name in a modern religion it was not the message of the apostles. Read John 12:48 It is not our words that will judge but His. The modern bible might have change the name but the battle is with the word of God. Just like Satan changed it in the garden by saying you not surely die. What is truth thy word is truth John 17:17 put down that name stuff and study the context of the bible

  11. SIRIUS July 26, 2012 at 11:51 am

Hi again Cristopher, I am not sure what you are trying to tell me with Gen 3:6:

    Genesis 3:6
So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

I have never denied that the Almighty is Love, so I don’t know why you bring that up, maybe you don’t know what a Name is, Christopher. Sadly you don’t know either what the title God mean, what it is or where it comes from, even if I tell you. Words are important that is why we are told many time in the Bible to watch our words because by them we will be judge or justified, plus the Creator tells us not to mention the names of false mighty ones with out mouths as a commandment, but some people don’t like to study and research the truth to call out to the Truth, so they stick to what they have been told their entire life without questioning it at all. God indeed is God, but sadly you don’t really know what “God” is, and why it ended up on all modern Bibles even though what the Original Scriptures had written was something completely different, in many different cases.

  12. CHRISTOPHER BRADY July 25, 2012 at 5:59 pm

God is who our creator is Gen 3:6 not to be affiliated with a name for it carries many meanings and one is Love 1John 4:16. Just like a dog is a dog a man is a man, God is God. 1Timothy 1:3-4

  13. SIRIUS July 25, 2012 at 5:00 pm

Hi CHRISTOPHER BRADY, God(=Gad), is the mighty one of Fortunes and the Almighty Yahueh is completely against people worshiping Gad.

    Isaiah 65:11
“But you are those who forsake Yahueh,
    Who forget My holy mountain,
Who prepare a table for Gad,
And who furnish a drink offering for Meni.

Gad, is a Canaanite deity improperly rendered as “troop” in some translations, mighty one of fortune, supposed to be the deified planet Jupiter. Jupiter is Zeus in Greek Mythology, coincidently the word for “God” in Spanish is Dios, which directly comes from the name Zeus. The Book of Revelation(2:13) says that Zeus is Satan. At the end is your call if you wish to call out to God or to Yahueh.

In the concordance, the word “Gad” is word #1408 a variable of word #1409 which comes from word #1464 in Strong’s Hebrew Dictionary and means:

    01408 Gad {gad}
    a variation of 01409; TWOT – 313e; n pr m
    AV – non translated variant 1; 1
    Gad = “god of fortune”
    1) a Babylonian deity

    01409 gad {gawd}
    from 01464 (in the sense of distributing); TWOT – 313d; n m
    AV – troop 2; 2
    1) fortune, good fortune

    01464 guwd {goode}
    a primitive root [akin to 01413]; TWOT – 325; v
    AV – overcome 2, invade with troops 1; 3
    1) to invade, attack
    1a) (Qal) to attack

    Wikipedia has this to say:

Gad was the name of the pan-Semitic god of fortune, and is attested in ancient records of Aram and Arabia. Gad is also mentioned by the Book of Isaiah (Isaiah 65:11 – some translations simply call him (the god of) Fortune), as having been worshipped by a number of Hebrews during the babylonian captivity. Gad apparently differed from the god of destiny, who was known as Meni. The root verb in Gad means cut or divide, and from this comes the idea of fate being meted out.

Why do you think the apostate church is called the Whore of babylon? Because as the Hebrews in the Babylonian Captivity, they are worshiping god.

  14. CHRISTOPHER BRADY July 25, 2012 at 3:05 pm

Worshipping in churches not belonging to Christ is vain worship. There is only one true God so to refer to Him as God would only be refering to him.

  15. SIRIUS July 25, 2012 at 11:27 am

Hi lanre, not a crime persei, the issue is that most “modern churches” do not discuss the End Times in which we are living, for that matter they do not get into Scriptures, the pastors nowadays mainly use a couple verses and talk about those for the whole meeting, using it only to motivate the people, to live for another week in this world, when the Scriptures says we are not of this world and we should focus on the Spirit and our eternal life. Regarding the Name, I guess I discovered it for my life, but I am not the only one that has come to this knowledge, there are others who know the Name of the Most High to be Pronounced Yahweh, or Yahueh, which is the same basically and the Name of the Son to be Yahushua, others write it as Yahuwshua, but is pronounced the same again. The thing is to pray to the Almighty for Wisdom and Understanding, read the Bible and replace the wrong titles and names, written in the Modern Bibles, for instance instead of God say Almighty, instead of lord, say Sovereign, instead of christ, say Messiah, instead of Jesus say Yahushua and instead of Jehovah say Yahueh. In time you’ll get used to it and real soon you’ll realize how much you’ll grow spiritually, you’ll notice the difference for sure. Hope this helped, blessings!!

  16. lanre July 24, 2012 at 2:32 pm

@ sirius….is it a crime to worship in a these mordern churches????And How do i pray without the name of God????Using the name you discovered??

  17. SIRIUS June 17, 2012 at 4:27 pm

Hi again Christopher, thanks for the comment, still disagree for way too many reasons, for instance Jesus does not mean savior in any language at all, neither does anywhere in the Bible say that Yahueh the Father Almighty allowed His Name or the Name of His Son to be changed. Peace and blessings!

  18. Christopher Brady June 14, 2012 at 7:02 am

Great response Sirius thank you. In your writings you say that the devil is using these worldly forces to start a new world order meaning get rid of the Old World Order which is the rule of Christ. Matthew 16:13-20 Christ says He would build His church which prophesied by the prophet Daniel chapter 2, which is a physical presence but a spiritual ruling. Christ said His kingdom is not like world kingdoms, our armies would be no match for His. The church rules the world people are still becoming Christians, thats the true meaning of the 1000 year reign spoken of in Revelation. So that Christ can save a soul from every nation, language, people, and tribe. The way into this kingdom is baptism Mark 16:15,16. Confession belief and confession only brings you unto Christ but you must be in Christ. Romans 6. Satan is to be released to deceive the nations once again but that is his only power as the power of sin and death has been taken from him by the conqueror of sin and death. Satan wants to uproot the authority of Christ thereby allowing same sex marriage and other things that go against the authority of Christ on earth. The church represents Christ today His church the church of Christ his bride He willed everything to her and for her. So therefore the false christs are the false churches teaching corrupt doctrines. You can’t just join Christ’s church He has to add you to it upon obeying His will.Act 2:38 Christ Himself said you blaspheme the Son and the Father and be forgiven but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.Matt 12:22-32 This was when they gave the authorities of Christ’s power to cast out devils to Beelzebul. The Holy Spirit is with us today showing Christ’s power and authority through the church. No one has the authority to save but Christ none other.Acts 4:12 Yahweh means the great I AM meaning I always existed I was not created in Hebrew. A name is only as good as the person that bears it. Christ was called Emmanuel, in the old testament. The Word, the Lamb of God, Lord, the Messiah, and various other names in the new. Yahshua or Jesus means savior.Matthew 1:21 God may have allowed His name to change but His authority over His creation will never change the church will last forever. Matthew 24:35, 28:18-20 church of Christ for life.

Hi Chris, the Name does mean authority, but it mainly means ¨the Name¨. If the name only means Authority then please tell me if in Matthew 24:5, the Messiah is telling everyone that He is the one that will send the false prophets.

    Matthew 24:5
For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.

This verse is quickly understood by all, but when it comes to all other verses 450+ of them that speak of the importance of the name, then it is just the authority, not his actual name which he told Moses was to be kept for ALL generations. If you look into the correct translation of this verse, what was written seem to have been many will come against my name, yet saying I am the messiah, which makes a lot more sense.

You mention The Almighty’s law, and how satan looks for you to brake, that is exactly what I say but you seem to forget that part of that law is to keep theName pure, not to change or destroy it, and to believe in the Name of the Son.

    Exodus 20:7
“You shall not take(lift, praise, hold, use) the name of YHWH your Elohim in vain(falsehood, destroy, change, alter), for YHWH will not hold him guiltless who takes(lifts, praises, holds, uses) His name in vain(falsehood, destroy, change, alter).

    Exodus 34:14
(for you shall worship no other god(elohim), for YHWH, whose Name is Jealous, is a jealous Elohim),

    Exodus 23:13
“And in all that I have said to you, be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other gods(mighty-ones,elohim), nor let it be heard from your mouth.

    1 John 3:23
And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Yahushua the Messiah and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

You are completely right about the meaning of a name having a purpose, when it comes to the Messiah is the highest and biggest purpose of all, that is to save humanity. Reason why in the book of Enoch and other books, the name of the Messiah is said to be an Oath, the Oath of Salvation we all must make, we must confess. Yahu-shua, Yahu means YHWH(YaHWeH) in the past tense, and Shua means Salvation, deliverence, riches, etc. So Yahushua means* ¨He who caused to exist, saves and enriches¨. That is the purpose of the Name and of course of the confession of it correctly, Yahushua, to pronouce the oath of Salvation, because although justification comes through belief, salvation comes through confession.

    Romans 10:10
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

I am not saying that he who does not confess the Name will go to hell, not at all, justification comes through belief, so by simply believing, one has eternal life, but as Yahushua said, we must be born again in order to enter the Kingdom of YHWH, by receiving the Spirit which comes in His Name, otherwise one must die and enter the kingdom after ressurection, unlike the 144k of the book of Revelation whom in the harvest will be taken alive, and ¨coincidently¨, what they all have in common is that the have the Name of the Son and the Father in their minds.

    John 14:26
But the Helper, the Set-Apart Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

    Revelation 14:1
Then I saw the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him were 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads

Salvation in Scriptures doesn’t only mean spiritual salvation, but also physical salvation, justification means being in right standing with the Most High, to enter the Kingdom after ressurection.

The Messiah only has ONE name, yet he is call by different titles, but that is different than Having different Names.

    Proverbs 30:4
Who but the Almighty goes up to heaven and comes back down? Who holds the wind in his fists? Who wraps up the oceans in his cloak? Who has created the whole wide world? What is His Name—and his son’s Name? Tell me if you know!

If according to Scriptures, the Name of the Father was perverted all throughout history, and if the name of the Son is an essential part of the gospel of Salvation, then by altering the name, you would be altering the gospel.

You tell me to look into the Bible for the truth, and the Bble says that Yahushua said He is the Truth and that I must believe and confess His Name, and when it comes to baptizm, doesn´t it say we must be baptized in His Name.

    1 Peter 4:14
If you are reproached for the Name of the Messiah, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of YHWH rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.

Name means authority in proper context. Stop in the name of the law. The devil blasphemes the authority of God by wanting to be worshipped, changing God’s law, and getting us to break God’s laws.

  21. Chris May 19, 2012 at 9:30 am

We will all have new names in heaven. Names always had a meaning when and a purpose. For example Jacob to Israel and the name was a fulfillment of the purpose. Knowing and obeying the truth of the gospel is what saves (Rom1:16, Mk 16:15) not knowing a particuliar name. Jesus was referred to by many names all serving a purpose. The gospel is what has been perverted (Gal 1:7) not His name. The different ways of being saved no baptism, just confess, put your hand on the tv, sinners prayer, and many others. This is what the apostles warned us about. Look in your bible under gospel and truth. And see the more spiritual battle the devil is fighting. He can never physically fight God. The devil’s only power is deception (Rev 20:8). Christ’s reign will last forever. His reign began when the church began and the gospel was to be preached all over the world, and save someone from every nation, language, and tribe. The devil was bounded so that could happen and when it’s fulfilled he will be let loose.

I understand what you are saying Christopher, but still even when it means His Authority, it also means “HIS NAME”, because that is the most important part of someone, reason why YHWH chose His Name and foreboded people from making images, because His Name is what He wants people to remember for ever, as he said, that is my Name for ALL GENERATIONS. It is only one Name, not the many people use. If a Name was only a Name, why would the Almighty change Abram’s name, Jacob’s, Hoshea’s, Sarai, Saul, etc.

    Exodus 23:13
“And in all that I have said to you, be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other “gods”(mighty ones), nor let it be heard from your mouth.

    Zechariah 14:9
And YAHUEH shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be— “YAHUEH is one,” And His Name one.

    Philippians 2:9
Therefore YAHUEH also has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every name,

    1 John 3:23
And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the Name of His Son Yahushua the Messiah and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

    Revelation 13:6
Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against YHWH, to blaspheme His Name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.

    Revelation 17:3
So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

    Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
    Because you have rejected knowledge,
    I also will reject you from being priest for Me;
Because you have forgotten the law of your Mighty One,
I also will forget your children.

The context of the word name in some of the verses listed mean God’s authority. You can replace them with authority and get the true meaning of the scripture. God has more specifics on the meaning of a name rather than the name itself. Yahweh only means the Great I AM, to mean God always existed He was not created.

Hello Max, yes it is actually on the List of articles I need to write, thanks for that though, and you’re so right about how we must revere Yahweh, not like most churches teaching people to be afraid, I’ll definitely check out the site, thanks for writing bro, blessings.

  25. max March 29, 2011 at 2:23 pm

Hey Sirius, It looks like you need to add a section on the elohym. Calling the Set- apart Spirit, by the name the holy ghost is about as bad as calling the Father, baal. Also the Hebrew word, yare’ which is interpreted “fear” almost exclusively, can also be (and should be almost exclusively) interpreted “revere’. It doesn’t make sense to fear the one you love, your Father, or his name. Just a couple things to check into on your free time. Ha ha. Check this web site out, http://www.yadayahweh.com. I enjoy your site. Keep fightin the good fight.

Hello Carlos, I wish you would have grasp a little more, I know what many Rappers think of Hip Hop and how it may have started, but in it’s core, it is still just music genre, one which is heard All around the World, one which unlike any other music genre, is perfect to go against injustice, against evil rulership and against a world which you ain’t supposed to love, like that verse you sent at me, if you had listen to my songs and really thought about my lyrics then maybe, there would have been no necessity to write this comment, since after a while on my site it should become obvious that I have Accepted the Messiah Yahushua as my Savior and am promoting nothing more than people coming to Yahweh the Most High through His Son Yahushua and it would have become obvious also, that if there is something I do not love is this world, is the world itself.

Just like the enemy uses the Internet to destroy lives and will eventually use it in his ultimate deception, it doesn’t mean we should not use it while is here to reach everyone around the world and speak to them about the gospel and the Way to Yahweh, well is the same with Hip Hop, I am using it as a weapon in this spiritual war we are in, a very powerful one, even more if the Spirit of Truth is behind it, which ONLY comes in e Name of Yahushua.

    Peace

i grasp a lil bit of what you said. i already know a lot of it but my brother he tellin it like it is but you ant saving souls from goin to hell. i gotta understand hip hop is a religion i dnt no if know but they have a hip hop bible out and a prayer book in within this bible they believe that jesus christ is the white man god and that black people are god it goes along with the 5% nation. So you cant be with God and bringing hip hop along with because they dnt except jesus and the only way to get to the father is to go trough jesus. You cant be half in this thing that like saying you have a child but u hang aroung somebody that dnt like ur child. you want do that i hope. Thats the same thang with God and if u dnt have the Holy Ghost the spirit of God is not in you. You have to have the spirit of God to be 1 of God vessels. Because we where made in the likeness of him but until You accept Jesus your saver and healer and batized in the name of Jesus Christ you want have the Holy Ghost your not going to be conformed into his image. Witch is walking in Holines and doing everything that the bible says and not doing the thing of the world because if you love the world than the love of the lord is not in you

what about when moses asked god in the burning bush and got the reply
“I am that I am” or in hebrew “Ehieha asher Ehieha”(sorry no hebrew font to transliterate) for the first name of God given.

  29. Elita March 7, 2010 at 9:07 pm

His name is Yahuwah (yhwh) is actually 3 syllables in ancient hebrew. His son’s name is Yahuwshuwah. Meaning Yahuwah saves. “I have come in my fathers name and you do not accept me, yet if others come in their own name you gladly welcome them. John 5:43
